Job Description
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Reconcile sales taxes, payroll reports, and bank accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, including the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts.
• Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances.
• Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
