Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes as per menu

Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are maintained

Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory and stock rotation

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and work areas

Monitor supplies and order ingredients when necessary

Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations

Assist with menu planning and daily specials

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred

Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and food preparation techniques

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
