Job Description
Maintain a list of vacancies, reservations and room reservations
Register arriving guests and assign rooms
Respond to hotel services and registration inquiries by letter, telephone and in person, provide information on holiday services and respond to guest complaints
Prepare and review daily records, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computer or manual systems
Invoicing and receiving payments for departing guests
