Responsibilities
Tasks
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient sales and service delivery.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for security, networking, and automation products and services.
• Lead and manage sales and technical staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Manage inventory of electronic equip111ent, spare parts, and installation materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and restocking of products.
• Monitor project progress for CCTV, IP telephony, and smart home installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Review and approve customer quotations, service orders, and financial transactions.
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market reach.
• Resolve customer issues related to product performance, installation, or after-sales support.
• Maintain store presentation and compliance with brand and safety standards.
