Responsibilities
Tasks
Process employee payroll, including regular wages, overtime, vacation pay, bonuses, and other payments.
Maintain employee payroll records, including attendance, leave, overtime, and personal information.
Calculate employee earnings, deductions, and net pay to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
Process payroll-related forms and assist with employee benefits, pensions, and insurance records.
Prepare payroll reports, year-end documents, and maintain accurate payroll files.
Reconcile payroll records and resolve payroll errors or discrepancies.
Answer employee questions related to payroll, pay statements, deductions, and benefits.
Assist in maintaining payroll procedures and ensuring payroll is processed in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
